Although we were very happy with our service but were aware of the reality in the cleaning industry. Cleaners had to face low pay and unsatisfying work conditions regardless of cleaner’s experience or type of work, which in return led to low staff morale and a decrease in productivity. We did not create a professional cleaning company overnight, it was a lot of effort to get where we are now.
